AnnieAPPLEBY(nee Johnson) Delia, Geoff, Stephen and Alex would like to thank family, friends and neighbours for the many cards of sympathy and flowers on the occasion of Annie's recent death, and also for attending her funeral service. We would like to thank the following people: All the staff of Church View Nursing and Residential Care Home for the dedicated care and love they gave to Annie. Doctor Sue Burrows for caring for Annie in the later years of her life, and Doctors, nurses and receptionists at Queens Park Medical Centre. The Reverend Paul Neville for the beautiful service and his comforting words. Lee Crawford and staff of Crake and Mallon Funeral Service for their professionalism in arranging Annie's funeral.
